But taking immediate and full advantage of these capabilities—ensuring you get everything you can out of the LIFENET 5.0 platform at the same time you work to save lives—can seem like a challenge. With LIFENET support services, included with your LIFENET 5.0 subscription, it doesn’t have to be one.

Implementation support
From configuring your account and managing user access to routing data and connecting to devices, a Physio-Control specialist will guide you through the entire LIFENET 5.0 setup remotely, ensuring that you understand how the technology works and how to manage it.* Prior to launch, we’ll thoroughly test and check your system to make sure that data transmission and reception is functioning at optimal levels for all users, whether they’re in the field, in the ED, or in the Cath Lab.

SmartDesk support
Your LIFENET 5.0 subscription includes unlimited technical support. Support is available from our SmartDesk specialists, via email or telephone, during regular Physio-Control business hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time.

Network support
Our operations team monitors the LIFENET network and datacenters 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help ensure that your LIFENET 5.0 lifesaving technology is never down when you need it. In addition to around-the-clock monitoring and support, our servers are fully redundant and professionally hosted and secured.
